Light the EscapeIt is so cold here  yet I don’t feel the chill  Nothing is alive here  not even those who sit at my side  numbness  sinking      darkness   
expectant gazes burn into my flesh  yet I do not feel the flames  eyes of innocents  eyes of vampires  eyes of kings  heroes,  monsters,  playwrights,

A light in this paralyzing death  the heat of your breath  warming me from my comatose  I can feel  and I can see      see that Light the Escape

ShatteredThe shattering glass pours out before me,  shards tainted in red,  even now forming the heart they once were  once whole, but now  only shards, and still forming the shapes of my soul   
the stars of my faith  the wheels of my path  the trinkets of my past  slivers of triumphs  shards of logic  dust of my views  long and thoughtful
